Sand, dust, heat
Beach car parks, tracks up to the villas, strong sun: paint and cabin suffer in summer. A Protection wash and a full interior at the end of the season remove sand, salt and dust before they mark plastics and seats.
Booking in high season
From June to September the gulf roads are busy and slots are limited. Book early, give the exact address and the number of cars: we group visits to keep to the schedule.

Do you come to the villa?
Yes. We need a parking space, in the shade if possible, and access confirmed before the visit.
